What compelled Arvinder to make SFI her next professional destination was the opportunity to work alongside passionate people with a common purpose that she believed in herself: developing effective and widely accessible nature-based health solutions.

Since coming onboard, she’s not only witnessed SFI’s extraordinary rate of expansion, Arvinder’s guidance has been pivotal to ensuring its success.

“The company went from 48 employees to 440 employees in just 18 months, via multiple acquisitions (David vs Goliath was our theme). Contributing to building the business from the foundations up is something that will remain with me all my life.”
